Uvita — home of Marino Ballena National Park and its famous whale-tail sandbar — sits deep on the southern Pacific coast: one of the longest transfers we run from Tamarindo, and one of the most rewarding. Count on around six hours door to door, all of them private: off the peninsula via the La Amistad bridge, down the coastal highway past Jacó and Quepos, then along the shoreline through the surf town of Dominical with rainforest ridges rising inland. With no strangers aboard, the trip bends to you — a crocodile pause at the Tárcoles bridge, lunch with an ocean view, snacks for the kids. In season the bay fills with humpback whales; year-round Uvita delivers waterfalls, jungle, and end-of-the-road calm. Flat rate per vehicle for 1–5 passengers; +$15 per additional passenger from the 6th (max. 9). Available 24/7 — enter your pickup time and flight number at checkout.
